Brand Fetish spearheaded account and client relationship management in support of The Ayars Agency’s x Netflix x WWE RAW Atlanta VIP experience. Responsibilities included maintaining consistent communication with the client, managing timelines, and coordinating creative, floral décor, and vendor execution to ensure all event elements remained organized and on schedule. In preparation for the event, the we oversaw logistics to support the transformation of the State Farm Arena Delta VIP Lounge into an exclusive, invite-only hospitality space. On event day, leadership extended to final setup oversight, welcoming and hosting VIP guests, ensuring guests were escorted to their floor seats, and facilitating guest engagement moments, including photo opportunities at the branded photowall delivering a polished, seamless VIP experience aligned with the partnership between Netflix, WWE, and The Ayars Agency.
